Who we support
We proudly serve adults/teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chattanooga , Tennessee, who are eager to cultivate confidence, enhance their independence, and forge stronger connections within their community. Many of the individuals we work with thrive with personalized guidance, clear structure, and consistent encouragement in their daily lives. Through our carefully designed programs, we are dedicated to helping each person progress at their own speed, acquire valuable life skills, and experience a richer sense of purpose, joy, and independence.
Meet The Founder
I’m Jamari Bostic, the founder of Perfect Pathways. I’ve worked hands-on in disability support across multiple states, and I’ve seen how the right care can completely change a person’s confidence and independence.
I started Perfect Pathways to provide support that’s patient, respectful, and truly person-centered. My goal is to meet every client where they are, help them grow at their own pace, and make sure they always feel safe, understood, and valued.
