Meet The Founder
My name is Jamari Bostic, and I’m the founder of Perfect Pathways, a program focused on helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and confidence in everyday life.
My passion for this work started at home. Growing up with a paraplegic uncle showed me what real care looks like — patience, consistency, and treating people with dignity. That experience led me into the field, where I’ve spent several years working directly with individuals, helping with daily living skills and personal growth.
Perfect Pathways was created to provide more than just care — a place where individuals feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

We proudly serve adults/teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chattanooga , Tennessee, who are eager to cultivate confidence, enhance their independence, and forge stronger connections within their community. Many of the individuals we work with thrive with personalized guidance, clear structure, and consistent encouragement in their daily lives. Through our carefully designed programs, we are dedicated to helping each person progress at their own speed, acquire valuable life skills, and experience a richer sense of purpose, joy, and independence.
